ZeroTrace — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZeroTrace website at https://zerotraceuninstaller.com, download pages, documentation, and related online materials (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Raj Singha, trading as "Aridya Technologies" ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Your use of the ZeroTrace Uninstaller application itself is governed separately by the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy. These Terms cover the Site and the distribution of the software, not the in-app licence.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
  • introduce malware or any harmful code; or
  • scrape, harvest, or republish Site content except as expressly permitted.

2. Downloads

Software offered on the Site is made available under the EULA. Always download ZeroTrace from our official channels (this Site at https://zerotraceuninstaller.com, or the Microsoft Store). We are not responsible for copies of the software obtained from any unofficial or third-party source, which may be modified, outdated, or malicious. The installer and binaries we distribute are digitally code-signed; verify the publisher signature before installing.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The "ZeroTrace" and "Aridya Technologies" names and logos are our trademarks or trade names. Except for the limited licence to use the software granted in the EULA, nothing on the Site grants you any right in our intellectual property. You may link to the Site and quote brief excerpts of documentation with attribution.

4. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the Microsoft Store or our hosting and documentation providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those sites. Following such links is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT AFFECT ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.
